Details
Lifera is a multilingual health tourism platform that connects international patients with Türkiye's accredited hospitals and specialist doctors, focusing above all on lung cancer and oncology. With its approach of "The right address for healthy tomorrows," it guides patients through four steps: ask, receive a doctor recommendation, see your treatment plan, and begin your treatment in Türkiye. It aims to remove the language barrier, uncertain costs, and the trust problem.
The AI-powered assistant answers questions about treatment, process, and cost in Turkish, English, and Russian. It scrupulously respects medical boundaries — it does not diagnose or recommend dosages; instead, it directs patients to the relevant pages with sources and hands off to a human advisor when needed. JCI/TEMOS-accredited hospitals and a directory of 25+ specialist doctors that can be filtered by language ground decisions in concrete information.
The platform builds an end-to-end patient journey: transparent cost comparisons, a personalized treatment plan, and dedicated communication especially for Russian-speaking patients. Airport pickup, accommodation, interpreter support, and post-treatment follow-up become visible, manageable parts of the process.
The entire experience rests on four principles: transparency, empathy, medical accuracy, and continuity. Serving patients from 50+ countries, Lifera redefines health tourism by placing the patient at the center of everything.
